Which campgrounds does Campwise cover?
Campwise covers 10,000+ campgrounds across the US and Canada, including all Recreation.gov sites, Reserve America properties, state parks, and thousands of private campgrounds. We are adding new sites every month.
How fast are the cancellation alerts?
Alerts are sent within 60 seconds of a cancellation appearing on the booking system. Most campsites on Recreation.gov rebook within a few minutes, so speed is critical — we prioritize real-time monitoring over batch checking.
Can I book directly through Campwise?
For government-operated sites, we surface the availability and deep-link you directly to the reservation page so you can complete the booking in the original system. For participating private campgrounds, you can book without leaving Campwise.
Does Campwise work outside the US?
